Shipments can take 7-10 business days. Orders go out on Monday and Thursday of each week. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or misplaced packages are not responsible. If your package says delivered and it did not arrive, we are not responsible. Go to the nearest mail with your tracking number to make claims.
