                                     PRE-ORDER Policies

I invite you to read this information that you must take into account before ordering.
                           How does the PRE-ORDER work?
These are items that are not in Stock at the time of your order, but are ordered by order for each customer.

By visiting our website and using the PRE-ORDER collection you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions including those referenced here.

By agreeing to place an order you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree with the terms set forth below, you will not be able to use our PRE-ORDER collection service.
1. All orders or requests for the PRE-ORDER collection can be made through the website. It will be the total payment of the piece.
2.The processing time once your order is placed is 12-20 business days. This would add 1-3 more days of shipping to you.
3. If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within the next 8 hours after ordering, otherwise you will not be able to do so (if you have already ordered, you will not be able to cancel).
4. Once your merchandise (orders) arrives, you will be notified and your order will be sent and your tracking number will be given to the email you provided.
5. Every part after being verified and shipped cannot be exchanged or refunded, only if it is a factory defect.
If for any reason your order had to be refunded, you would have to send it back and you will pay for the shipping, it will be sent to Alanashsboutique in the exact conditions that your order was sent to you. The return would be a store credit.
6.Please choose your size carefully as no orders are refunded for wrong sizes.

IMPORTANT DATA! If there is any delay in the order, we must be patient since it is not in my hands or in yours any mishap that happens during the route and what remains is to wait. Therefore, place your orders early if you are interested in having them arrive before a specific date.
