RETURNS AND SHIPPING Returns (Note: Due to Covid-19 no returns are being accepted for the moment)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7- days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. It should not have visible signs of wear such as stains, makeup stains, deodorant, fragrances, etc. Items such as swimsuit and bodysuit are not available for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or misplaced packages are not responsible. If your package says delivered and it did not arrive, we are not responsible. Go to the nearest mail with your tracking number to make claims.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be reimbursed to a store credit automatically. You will have 7 days after delivery of your order to request a refund. We do not take care of pieces ordered wrongly by size, color or style. We do not make returns for pieces that you ordered and arrived correctly and with the proper size, color or style. You will be able to issue a refund if your order arrives defective or erroneous. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
